Outside Team Responsibilities
24-Hour Prayer:
A 24-hour prayer chapel will always be on site to provide 24-hours of prayer from 8:00 p.m. Friday evening through 8:00 p.m.
Saturday evening. When you sign up for one or more hours, you will be expected to be at the chapel at the specific time (the previous person cannot leave until you arrive) and remain there until the next person arrives. During your time you will be praying for the team and candidates. This is a very important responsibility because PRAYER is what makes these weekend a success!

Set-Up Team:
The setup team comes to the church, usually on Wednesday evening, to set up the entire church to accommodate the weekend: Unload the trailers, move church furniture out of the way, set up cots for sleeping, set up the Rollo room, etc. This usually take a couple of hours. Take-Down Team:
The take-down team is responsible for taking down and packing any equipment that will not be used on Sunday. They will move the church furniture that had been removed from the various rooms back to where they were and clean areas used for sleeping. The church must be made ready to resume normal Sunday morning worship/Sunday School services, so the team will have to be at the Church promptly at 6:00 a.m. There will be a Take-down Team Coordinator that will provide specific information regarding time and what needs to be done.

Clean-up Team:
The Clean-up team will remain after the Closing ceremonies on Sunday afternoon to thoroughly clean the church. This is a very important job! We must leave the church in as good or better condition than when we arrived. Whether or not we will be able to use their facility in the future will depend on the thoroughness of the Clean-up crew. The Clean-up Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing this work.
